Now here is rare bird and an incredibly fun drum - An original Yamaha Timpani floor tom. This drum is pretty original sans heads and the top hoop. It is most definitely in "player's condition" but does indeed function and has been cleaned up. Unfortunately this was stored in a humid environment for some time, so some of the hardware shows some corrosion, namely the batter side 'lugs" or hinge parts. The shell is in good shape with good bearing edges. The pedal attachment functions correctly and is in good shape overall.  The lugs & leg mounts show some pitting. There are nominal scratches and marks through on the black wrap. This 16" drum still features 8x 'Lugs' per side like a standard floor tom. The resonant head tunes like normal, but the batter tunes with the pedal attachment as well as tension rods.
