This limited-run solid shell classic snare has both a sound and look that we’re very proud of.

The sound of the Hackberry SS Classic blends characteristics of both our Maple & Cherry - great mid-range with a nice sustain, and a crack that works well at both medium and high tunings. The wood has interesting grain patterns that favorably blend peach-colored tones with brown highlights.

Each drum is adorned with black nickel tube lugs, flanged black nickel hoops, and brass fittings, including the throw-off, but-end and tension rods. Each Special Edition drum comes with a free antique brass drum key.
