1960s Slingerland 'Hollywood Ace' in Blue Ripple - 5.5x14

The veritable Hollywood Ace! Solid shell maple with chocolate milk interior. Wrap is tight and vibrant but does have “JANITELL JUNIOR HIGH” etched into the wrap on one panel. Zoomatic throw works well and holds, but has heavy pitting. Lugs have moderate to heavy pitting. Hoops are in better shape but still have some pitting. Mismatching tension rods, but they are vintage. Muffler present and functional. This drum originally had a different strainer on it and has 2 extra holes that have been filled. There is also damage on that panel, but it is solid. A beautiful drum that smacks!
